I hope you're right, because I'm also in the Davis Class Action group, with Piper Alderman conducting the class action on our behalf.

I've no idea whether Excel group or Davis group has the strongest CA case. I do know that with the sandalwood business now appearing to be in good shape, we (the previous) shareholders - who were so badly misled, deceived and ripped off - deserve justice....


and maybe some financial compensation wouldn't go astray either.
