Quintis Class Action, page-9

I believe these class actions are against the interests of shareholders.

The lawyers and the litigation funders are creating work for themselves that will ultimately be paid by the shareholders of Quintis. I suspect when the recapitalisation is completed an amount of $10m or $20m will be added to ‘pay off’ the class actions. While the members of the class action may get some of this money, the lawyers and litigation funders will get a significant proportion.

So, what do I do? Do I stand on principle and not participate?

I have decided to join up and get a few crumbs.
