You could try deListed (http://www.delisted.com.au/capital-gains-tax/capital-losses-2017-2018) which has Quintis listed under the "worthless share companies 2017-18" listing or arrange for an off-market transfer to a family member for a $0.00 or nominal consideration. (http://sraa.asn.au/forms/form23.pdf).
I'm not absolutely sure how the ATO would treat a claim of a capital loss after an off-market transfer to a family member in an audit but it's would be definitely arguable. No problem with using deListed, unfortunately I have had to use their services previously...
