There is no evidence of anything positive happening at all Natez. If there was a requirement to capital raise, such as a large contract, they would have said so.
Given the company has a legal obligation to inform the market of known changes as soon as practicable, we would know if there was something material in the works. Or that is assuming DRO plays by the rules, which this week they've shown is not the case.
