The vol needs to increase to 10m - 15m daily, breakout of current sp range and move to 5.2 - 5.3. Maintain vol with sp moving to 6.4. If the sp holds at the cup top and vol is up we then may see a break out. An increase in vol and sp in tandem is a clear indication that the handle will form and continue an uptrend. At the minute this is not happening and concern is that the sp is sitting just above the mid point of the cups low and high point. A drop in sp below the cups mid point or to the 200MA indicating potential failure of the handle to form.
