According to MGMT shareholders meeting 2 or more months back they have enough money to complete the p2 drill, Jorc revision and the scoping study. I'll eat my hat if they raise before the revised jorc/scoping.... it just ain't gunna happen.
They learnt their lesson last time I think. Raise after the big anns not before... this is the best pracice and MGMT know it. They won't raise!
