With reference to the just released explanation .looks like they might be a bit concerned about the vote , wonder if the top 20 are a bit peeved .They make some interesting comments about solvency & viability of the project & an inability to raise funds other than through the shareholders. O well 160 mill @35 cents & 98 mill @ 12 cents.Will be very interesting to see what the top 20 vote & if they feel there over a barrel
