Speaking of a capital raise, my opinion is that we will see a capital raise combined with Twin Hills (similar to what they did with Yandan), so likely around early June given the 60 day time frame for a binding TSA. Unfortunately the NVO shares haven't cleared due to Aus government approvals of the Malmsbury JV, otherwise that would provide the capital to lock in Twin Hills and raise later when the price is stronger. Capital raise could be any of the types as they have done all in the last 18 months. Hopefully it's an SPP - it was disappointing not being able to join in on the Yandan CR and then watch soph's dump as soon as their shares cleared.

Na I dont have access, anyone with IRESS has a top 20 register in there which was updated monthly from memory. From memory it also showed the actual holders instead of nominee accounts too.

Share price is in a holding pattern, would rather see it all finalised so we can move on but then again if gold goes for a run and we benefit from that then it may be worth waiting for less dilution.

Agree on the SPP, they just take a while compared to going to the sophs. I'm all for it, I'd just hate for the gold price to go for a run and we are held back because of the pending SPP. Been in a position like that before where people sell knowing they get cheaper shares in the SPP and that can go on for over a month. I'd like to see maybe a small SPP and perhaps a cornerstone, maybe Novo are happy to get to the 19.99% mark.
