Did i miss something? What are you referring to here? Is this for Tui upgrade? I don't see blue sky as yet, this stock has been around these levels for 1 year with Tui rated at 42 million barrels/yr from memory.. this still hasn't been re-rated and i don't see it being re-rated until they have other projects on the go..
