I don't care about conventional or unconventional. Both are valid forms of gas.

Both are safe. The USA has transformed its economy because of unconventional gas and Oils. The data is clear. It's a safe practice.

However IMO MEL has been sentenced to a slow death by both the NSW Government and its fellow gas companies who will feed it off its carcus and have not done enough to support MEL.

Its a sad sad day for Australia energy future and job creation

And Gas has less Co2 emissions than Coal. Not that increased man made Co2 emissions have cause the planet to warm at all during the last 16 years. !!
