I certainly do not see any advantage at all for Eftel shareholders in the qoin transaction.

Eftel transferred shares to quoin, and all Eftel got back was an equal no. of qoin shares (no cash). Considering that the only assetts Quoin holds is Eftel shares what is the advantage in this transaction for Eftel?

It seems pretty suspect to me!
