Well I certainly didnt give my approval!

I think it is time to write a letter to EFT directors asking how the transfer of EFT shares to Quoin is in the interests of Eftel & its shareholders.

since Quoin is not paying anything for the shares it seems to me to be detrimental to the interests of Eftel & its shareholders.

I dont see how having Quoin as a major shareholder in Eftel is any advantage what so ever. I think there is some sort of sweetheart deal between Eftel & Quoin directors that will only advantage them, & NOT the shareholders of EFT.
