It's only "sheeit" to you and your cohort. For others it's satisfactory.
You obviously want the organisation to bend to your bias to soothe your umbrage. What makes you (or me) the arbiter of right and wrong = our own prejudices, which I'm happy to admit to.
The taxpayer ownership argument doesn't fly. It's a public service and one rule for all depts = spend without accountability.
