would you also know if i want to buy someones Rights issue or part of
i they sell there shares to me for say 4 cents does that mean that i would still have to pay the 6.5 cents for the shares to dart
which would mean a net cost to me of 10.5 cents
also would i gain the additional options associated with shares . or
if i pay 4 cents the person selling has to make up additional 2.5cents per share
