From an interview with Intelligent Investor:
"I think the majority of completions are going to be occurring in 2023, 2022 is going to be reasonably light compared to 2023 which is when the bulk of that backlog in COVID cases will come through, particularly in respect of our first fund after the capital has been repaid to the investors which occurs this year. Next year is when the balance sheet gets to see the bulk of the profits and the return of capital."
