If ph 1 full production does move the SP, then imho the instos have pretty much stuffed everyone with their manipulation !
There is something wrong with asx if it allows hegemonys a complete monopoly and ability to manipulate the SP,
IMHO asx wreaks of manipulation , with lyc nearing the top of the pile for it!
