    there may be a marginal gain in EXT's sp post consolidation, but the point is, EXT is paying a high price for KAH's 49% interest. Existing EXT shareholders are giving away TOO MUCH value to KAH shareholders. If you don't think that is the case, just have a look at KAH's current AIM market cap.
