As a Malaysian surely you realize that interest rates are not the same in every country. They are probably different rates in Malaysia compared to Australia too la.

Dividends do not drive growth la. Just impede it la.

No change in business plans since listing la.

Oh and on a serious note. Including debt repayment, renovations and store purchases they have already spent about $25 million dollars. But because they are highly profitable and cash flow positive hence why despite spending about 20 to 25 million their cash is still at $29 million la.

That's unfair. Prospectus clearly said 25% of net profit would be deployed as dividends..
