Jerry mention when Ameritrade bought him out that as world brokers change their systems, QT will slowly die. He did mention he was looking to set up in OZ but that it would take a few years (and that was a few years ago). So unfortunately it appears QT is now dead in OZ unless you don't mind using slow data feeds like Commsec and Nab
