Tony Moss has previously stated that Triggs would be sued for defamation. I suspect that Ms Prior future is not that flash. Perhaps the lefty contributors on HC could start a crowdfunding exercise to pay her costs. They wouldn't have to go without too many lattes to raise $200,000
Maybe the defamation action has been on hold while the appeal was determined?
