Any attempt to legally protect individuals 'feelings' is destined to failure and abuse.
The harsh reality is sometime the truth hurts. People need a bit more resilience and to realise that the world will not be run to keep you happy. They need to be able to deal with the wide variety of social interactions, not all of them pleasant. Its called life.
I feel sorry for the student who felt pressured to pay up front to make it go away. Well done to the others.
