    a great outcome - who knows, but maybe ms prior does not have the money to pay the students , but as a bankrupt, she will be a tadd restricted for a few years.

    and some people think that the relevant legislation is fine - and no need for an overhaul.. one thing for sure, is that no one was a winner in this matter - and praise the lord, that student thwaites was represented by a lawyer, acting probono . the threat of legal costs should not be a determinant - just get rid of the relevant part of the legislation - or simply dump all of the legislation.

    watso is pretty confident that back in the 1950's, 60's, 70's etc - there was none of this rubbish sort of legislation - and everything worked out fine in the end.. over that period of time, watso's best friends would have been a mixture of australian (ie more than one or two generations) , slav/east european, southern europe (eg italians and greeks).. and the good thing is, that we all morphed into becoming australians - without silly legislation which forbids people offending anyone
