Totally agree. 300k shares is about 100k in AUD. Thats not selling for QVT considering how much they are in for. And besides that; they just provided a stand-by loan for 3 mln.. Don't know the reason why they sold a few shares. Could be a legal or fiscal thing for the fund. Funds sometimes have to liquidate small portions of individual holdings in the portfolio if a holder (of QVT) wants out. Or maybe they gave them to someone for commitment. So; could be anything..
If QVT was really selling the price would be near zero.
Does anyone know who the new investor is?
