    Give YR a break. He's thought this through.

    QVT has sold 300k since their last notice 9 months ago. So thats about 33.33k per month. Should Qvt convert, that would mean a total of about 80m shares.

    80m / 33.33k = 2400months

    2400 months = 200 years

    So the overhang will be taken care of by 2212
