qvt pay up

Its a lot of money considering $550k was just raised. If it were for operational expenses alone then the $1.8million would last for a good few months and it would not make sense to take it all in one hit from QVT unless it included required funds for the immediate terms.

My call is that it is to pay for purchased fasteners. That is a lot of fasteners.

Correct me if I'm wrong, isn't this QVT paying for the first time? It should relieve some of the angst out there, although once the QVT charge hanging over TZ is removed, then truly sweet dreams can be had...one fastener..two fasteners...three fasteners..
