Last money was raised in June 2021 in conjunction with Zamia earn in. Raising was partly underwritten and was done at an issue price of 1.5 cents.

The proposal of issue of new securities announcement in November is in relation to acquiring new tenements, (with no cash consideration) the shares would be issued in lieu of cash.

Having said all of that, please do your own research it really isn't that difficult. I know QXR and it's preincarnations have been a little left of center when it comes to following through with things, but the announcements are all there for everyone to read. So have a read.

As for a CR, they'd be doing themselves a disservice to do it now and at a price anything near where we are at this time, with what we have got on the table already. Hopefully, along with an increased potential as a company, QXR management have also grown a set and are prepared to really back themselves in. If so, that would be proven in part by a robust CR in the 4's at a minimum.

Time will tell.
