Selling and time, lack of transparency to market the day 'effectively' entered the asx200 all part of the story - not just the sell only.
There is also the other small item, loaned $$ to buy the shares initially etc....
Everyone has a view, on lke, ex CEO and how all unfolded - burning many in the process (i suspect), and now we hear 'dispute' more delays etc.... time will tell and am sure lke will recover somewhat, but as mentioned IMHO he can not take the credit alone for driving up the SP - he was also the boss when all came underdone so to speak and was there when all Lilac contracts etc so why now is the 'dspute' raised and so on..... some murky waters seems flooding around currently - hopefully these will clear for lke, and I hope for shareholders sake the same doesnt play out for QXR
