    Suggest MorningStar QXR Fair Value of $0.08 is on the money for once. QXR has great assets which overall are very much undervalued. I am feeling $0.08 ++++ by end of week and $0.10 +++ by end of month. Really ready for a breakout with 700% more buyers to sellers.
