    Just a well done to the QXR Board in finally steppingup and driving shareholder value. Good to see that they have skin in the game andSanlam Private Wealth is in the mix. Great shift into lithium assets. Good luckto QXR in building their new WA team to support their Pilbara lithium activities. The SP future is looking good
