I reckon the CVN is a con. Give shareholders the money now - a revised bid of 40 cents and MB & RC might stand a better chance of getting a yes vote. The CVN reminds me of the games the colonial powers played in gaining sovereignty and trading concessions by offering trinkets and coloured beads, even superseded arms to aboriginal peoples around the world.
Treating shareholders with some respect is not part of the rapacious MB top end of town usurious culture.
