I'm curious to know what people think will come first a CR or R&D Incentive? Reasons for each would be greatly appreciated from the every day posters and more so from others lurking in the background.
Current expenditure looks like they can hold it out however in doing so may put themselves in a compromised position.
I believe a CR is needed and probable option but without additional hype/news will bring the SP down significantly in the short-term. I've been wrong before.
Just trying to understand sentiment.
