i think, due to EIS, that govenment has a big problem in NT with what politicans want and what the administraion is doing. seems they do what they want and dont give a point to what they should do. they ve an own agenda, or how to explain this slow process and missing support by darwin? whats about the contracts about land, ... isnt there a lot to do which they could push if they just want the best for their people?
