Agree - IMHO they run a tight ship. Nothing like having CEO as the major shareholder to keep employees on their toes.
The typical Management V Shareholder disconnect doesn't seem likely under current arrangement.
Staff costs seems under control and additional cash burn is on Commercialisation side of things which is reassuring.
