R&D Tribunal next Month

This company seems to be on track with everything, but this R&D Issue is still hanging around and seems to be holding it back. Next month will a huge milestone when they head to the tribunal and appeal the decision by the ATO. A gamble holding this one as if they lose the appeal we will be hit with a huge tax bill but if the win it will allow them to move on and continue developing their silver mine (which they stated in the last quarterly activities statement that they hope will start producing later this year) and their coal mine a few years away. Hopefully we get some funding sorted through a cashed up partner as they have also stated that the interest has been coming through.
