There is a well founded rumour in Canberra that this isnt Goosie's fault .No that darstardly Tony Abbott arranged for the 'budget surplus' to be kidnapped in the dead of night and spirited away ,this was done just to embarass Goosie Swan ,if this is true all the true believers can breath easily again knowing it wasnt Goosies fault.
