All have been disclosed in the prospectus and those who bought in to the IPO (was heavily oversubscribed) and contributed to the panic selling with the CN have no idea what they actually bought and basically wanted a quick flip that went terribly wrong. A lot of early investors will exit on first week / first month regardless of their experience holding the CN. The fact they probably have been holding the notes for 12-24 months is an indication for them to move on when it becomes liquid. Mostly baseless selling and rotten books is what I think.
