The Tory staffers and their fellow sympathisers are out in force these days in a desperate attempt early on to paint Labor in Victoria as incompetent and beholden to the unions. It's complete rubbish.
Thus far, Victorians would be very happy with the methodical and deliberate way Andrews has gone about things.
We know that fixing up rail crossings is a key priority, fixing up the transport system equally so. It's a matter of priorities, and just because the Tories believe in something different does not make them right or the Labor government incompetent.
