big win: funder take 20%-30%
that is probably why chm and IPL argue
for a 10-20mill settlement ipl get good return and chm not enough to be much use. IPL happy CHM unhappy.
IPL have not a lot of reason to roll the dice further. CHM have not a lot of reason not to.
