Its not that they are shareholders of MMX that they have a problem with CHM but that they are crusading for better disclosure and CHM are such big sinners.
This coming from shareholders in a company that did a roadshow through USA and Europe and the presentation material just failed to mention the case what so ever.
Talk about setting themselves up for a class action if the result goes really badly.
I have just looked back through some of these guys posting history and I dont see anywhere where they are crusading about Allco Babcock and Brown MFS etc etc
But CHM gee whiz apparently they are the worst and only offender in the market !
The thing I like about CHM is that despite the GFC, the racial slurs, the wonderful unbiased Rebecca Urban reporting and all the other knocks they are still fighting and got to have their day in court.
Now they seem to be fighting to hear the result of their day in court and not accept a few dollars to go away.
