Merely the opinions and expressions of an INVOLVED party...since chm's litigation against mmx ..how can you say I could have no interest in chm...As you may imagine If there was no connection between chm and mmx you would have not heard from any MMX'ers...and once this is over..except for some initial gloating from MMX'ers you will never hear from them again....Mind you, not long after, there won't be a chm thread either.!!!
