I'm not sure that TGA would come down heavy unless it had caused to. I can't recall TGA making this large a recall one manufacturer. And there are specific allegations of manipulated test results, replacement ingredients ... I doubt that this serious an allegation and action would have been considered lightly. They would have had some cause.
As for being run for 30 years, well that is true. But its been run by one man, Jim Selim. No one to over-look his company's compliance and his management. Remember HIH and Ray Williams.
And Rene Rivkin looks like he has been taken for a ride. hahah, the irony! And thanks Ridge for your insight!!! I wonder if it was his fund manager/industry friend selling.
