Not announcing the China contract as having stalled was the difference between the company being worth buying as many shares as you possibly could, and the directors intentionally misleading the market.
I was purchasing under the belief that the company was earning millions in cash per month from China. The company knew it wasn't - and didn't tell us!
That's criminal.
