To sell now means
1. You are happy with the upside to date
and/or
2. You believe the well was a duster
i.e company has announced "best result for shareholders", and is currently wire logging and analysis a 300 ft gas column , and they have upgraded the casing
But there is still potential for a rubbish test result and your not prepared to take the risk
I for one believe its worth hanging in for the test , and 4 weeks aint long
