If the share issue is priced close to 80 cents, it would not be good for underwriters and present shareholders for the share price to go below 80 cents before issue closing date.
Should this conjecture be valid, one might expect a drop in Anvil share price after March 21st.

Whether the surge in earnings to be revealed when the next Quarterly report is released is sufficient to drive share price higher - optimistically (very) towards $1.00 remains to be seen.
