re: in the doldrums? March 21 means nothing, odds on they close the book early. They raised the issue because demand exceeded supply and they thought it wise to get the dough while the going was good.
Having had so much trouble getting finance and the finance they got was at extortionate rates, I can understand why they grabbed it when someone basically offered them a blank cheque.
