    Its simple

    RA gets the stock at $1.06
    Shorts it to the low selling to SABBY and co. Which RA CAPITAL own.

    They now have everyones shares who sold plus a tax write off. Massive win.

    Good news is they wouldnt do this unless massively bullish on blt. So great days ahead.
