RA Capital announced on 25/8/15 that it had sold approx 5.3M shares and was no longer a substantial holder. What is interesting is OUR Annual Report (at 30/6/15) does not list RA Capital in the top 20. It should be around the level of Dalit Pty Ltd. Can anyone explain the situation?
It seems not only is our website promoting stale data but so is the share registry. Did the auditors actually check the accuracy of the data printed?
Being kept in the dark as to what our company is doing trial wise, as to what type of conversations they are hosting with other companies and from whom they are getting advice is starting to make this a very dark horse!!
BLT time (and share price) is running out to communicate accurately with all of your shareholders and not the selected few that it appears. Otherwise we might as well gift wrap what we have (sorry had).
