It's an interesting one! I think alot of investors assumed there would be an announcement this morning to discuss in the interview - so the TH was less of a surprise than it might have been.
Certainly seems as if something hasn't gone to plan though..
Perhaps they had hoped to be able to release the actual announcement prior to the interview.
