    BQT are simply building momentum.

    Every contract has a cumulative affect....and this one today simply adds to 17 released YTD.

    When BQT formally announce the details of the major contract is unimportant in my view.

    Naturally sooner would be better....but at 27c

    BQT is a steal....IMHO
