Anonymous writes "London, 12 May 2005: HFR Asset Management ("HFR") and RAB Capital plc ("RAB") today announced the launch of a new structured product for hedge fund investors that will be based on the returns generated by both RAB’s multi-strategy internal fund-of-funds, RAB Fairseat and HFR’s managed portfolio fund of hedge funds, HFRX Global Tracker Fund ("HFRX Global"). The new product is a Capital Protected Note, which will be issued by Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and is based on a fund of hedge funds managed by RAB Capital Plc and a hedge fund index product managed by HFR Asset Management. With its high face value of Euro100,000, the Note will be available only to institutional investors or High Net Worth Individuals. The Note will be available globally except to US onshore investors and will be marketed as from this week.
